Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about August 9, 2023, the employees were exposed to potential electrical hazards in that the lights in front of the overhead menu board were controlled by circuit breaker #25, instead of an approved light switch.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Space about electric equipment. Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about August 9, 2023, an electrical panel located in the back area of the restaurant was partially blocked by a 5-shelf metal rolling storage rack containing various boxes and supplies used by the establishment. In the event of an emergency, the ability to quickly access to the panel in order to shut down power would be interrupted, thus potentially exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
