29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Jobsite - On or about August 10, 2023, employees working on an approximately 6/12 slope roof were not protected from falls of over 16 feet where fall protection was not utilized. Friends GZ Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1532390, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2 Ashland St., Nashua, NH 03060.
