Establishment: On or about August 1, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the overhead crane that employees were required to use two times per month, was inspected for any deficiencies including but not limited to electrical wiring deterioration. On or about August 1, 2023, an employee received an electrical shock due to deteriorated wiring that fed the overhead crane.
