29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): Industrial truck drivers were not prohibited from placing extremities outside the running lines of the truck or were not prohibited arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast: On or about August 9, 2023, employer failed to ensure that operators keep body within high lift compartment. Operator of the Crown #1322037 Mono Lift Stand Up forklift (high lift), serial #10477827 pinned leg between forklift and building structure. Employee was stacking pallets, while shifting weight when he stepped backwards and foot got stuck between fork and building column/post, resulting in broken left ankle.
