29 CFR 1926.1417(b)(3): Procedures related to the capacity of the equipment must be developed and signed by a registered professional engineer familiar with the equipment. Employees exposed to struck by hazards in that the company made a lifting device that was attached to the crane for lifting the 23,000 lb coffee houses and moving them onto trailers. The lifting device did not have any weight capacity markings on it and there was no documentation indicating the lifting capacity of the equipment.
