ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED ABATEMENT NOTE: The top edge of the top rail must be installed at a height of 42 inches (plus or minus 3 inches), and the midrail must be installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface.
