29 CFR1910.37(a)(3):  Exit routes were not free and unobstructed.   a) Warehouse:  On or about August 11, 2023, the fire exit door located in the slitting department was blocked by rolls of printing paper and a wooden pallet exposing employees to fire hazards.  b) Warehouse:  On or about August 11, 2023, the fire exit door adjacent to the welding area was barricaded by (2) rolling floor pallet jacks and a steel bar across the doorframe exposing employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips, and sparks.  Warehouse: On or about August 11, 2023, tray-making machine #1 was forming flutes in packaging paperboard with no guarding in place at the point of operation, exposing the machine operator and other employees within arms reach to amputation and caught-in hazards.

29 CFR1904.41(a)(2): Annual electronic submission of OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses by establishments with 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees in designated industries.
