29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about August 11, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing trouble shooting procedures from a ETI boom lift bucket truck, approximately eight (8) feet above the ground, was wearing a body harness or a body belt, but was not connected thereby exposing the employee to falls.
