At 13815 21st Street Dade City, FL: On or about 07/31/2023, the employer exposed employees to blunt-force, severe laceration and amputation hazards, in that, employee was operating a cut-off saw to cut/demolish a wooden fence, wherein this type of saw is designed to cut concrete.

At 13815 21st Street Dade City, FL: On or about 07/31/2023, the employer exposed employees to blunt-force, severe laceration, and amputation hazards, in that the employee was operating a cut-off saw to cut/demolish a wooden fence, wherein this type of saw is designed to cut concrete and during which time employer did not instruct each employee about the saw manufacturer's safety requirements described in the operator's manual.
