The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated   a) Inside building: On or about August 11, 2023, an employee was utilizing a Genie articulating boom lift to spray coat the ceiling of the building, approximately 22 feet above grade. The employee was not using fall protection while working from the basket of the lift.
