29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- 107 E Prospect Street, Waldwick NJ 07463 (6 on 12 pitch Residential Roof): CSHO observed employees engaged in roofing activities on an 6 on 12 pitch upper roof in which a means of fall protection was not being utilized exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the asphalt below. Observed on or about 08/14/2023. b- 107 E Prospect Street, Waldwick NJ 07463 (Flat Lower Roof): CSHO observed employees engaged in roofing activities on a flat pitch lower roof in which a means of fall protection was not being utilized exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 10ft to the asphalt below. Observed on or about 08/14/2023.
