29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about August 14, 2023, on the east side of the structure, employees were engaged in framing operations while utilizing a JLG aerial lift (600AJ #759-8) without adequate fall protection, by not being anchored in the lift, at heights upwards of twenty (20) feet.
