29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used:  (a) Building Front -  Employee(s) working from a mobile supported scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty-six (26) inches in that they were not provided with either a portable ladder, hook-on ladder, attachable ladder, stair tower (scaffold stairway/tower), stairway-type ladder (such as ladder stand), ramp, walkway, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface when accessing the scaffold, on or about August 14, 2023. Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.  J. K. Carpentry & Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1657843, citation number one, item number one and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 100 North 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
