29 CFR  1926.1153(g)(1):The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan.  107 Stearns Road, Ogunquit -  The employer did not establish and implement an effective written exposure control plan for employees exposed to silica while cutting granite blocks with an angle grinders and gas powered cutoff saws.  The plan did not cover the following including but not limited to:  a)  A description of  the competent person and their duties including their continued review of the jobsite.  b)  Identify work activities such as using an angle grinder with appropriate control features to mitigate silica exposure (such as those noted in Table 1) or sampling that noted no exposure to silica.  c)  Identify the workers that are exposed to silica and when they would need to use engineering, administrative, or personal protective equipment control measures.
