29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about August 14, 2023 and at times prior, on the roof located at 11510 NW 56th Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33076, inspections of the worksite were not made by a competent person resulting in subcontractor's employees being exposed to an approximate 22-foot fall hazard while working on a roof removing shingles without a conventional fall protection system.
