29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms on mobile scaffold(s) before being released for use by employees: a) On or about 08/11/2023, during the installation of exterior siding, at 228 Main Street, in Batavia, New York, the employer did not enforce the use of a midrail/safety chain to ensure all open sides of a scissor lift were guarded to protect employees from exposure to fall hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
