At the roof loading yard at the host employer's jobsite located at 235 Southwest 11th Place, Gainesville, Florida: On or about June 10, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees, securing the trusses onto a trailer, to a struck-by hazard, in that trusses were not secured to prevent them from sliding and or falling.
