29 CFR 1926.501(b)(7)(ii):Each employee at the edge of a well, pit, shaft, or similar excavation 6 feet (1.8 m) or more in depth was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, fences, barricades, or covers: a) 1465 Nitterhouse Dr, Chambersburg, PA 17201 - Warehouse - Employees were exposed to fall hazards while they installed conveyor system over a 10 foot pit, on or about August 15, 2023. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
