The top edge height may exceed 45 inches (114 cm), provided the guardrail system meets all other criteria of paragraph (b) of this section.  a.) On or about August 15, 2023, in the warehouse located at 3934 County Rd, Oxford, FL, 34484, the employer did not install a guardrail system in place in the overhead storage area of the warehouse, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet 9 inches.

On or about August 15, 2023, at 3934 County Rd, Oxford, FL, 34484; the employer failed to perform an assessment to determine the appropriate personal protective equipment for employees handling hazardous chemicals products such as concentrated chlorine, muriatic acid and chlorinated tabs, corrosives that can cause skin burns and eye damage.

On or about August 15, 2023, at 3934 County Rd, Oxford, FL, 34484, employees were exposed to chemical splash hazards, when transferring, transporting and applying hazardous chemical products such as concentrated chlorine, muriatic acid and chlorinated tabs, in that, employees were not provided with chemical splash goggles.
