29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at least included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a)Automotive Services, Inc., at 2306 North Westport Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to August 3, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from exposure to hazardous chemicals in that a written hazard communication program, including labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets and employee training were not provided. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with ingestion, inhalation or absorption of hazardous chemicals.
