29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 512 Chestnut Street, Lakewood NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift while improperly wearing a full body harness and not having the harness attached to an anchor with a lanyard. The leg straps of this worker's harness were not strapped at the time of and prior to the worksite inspection. Condition observed on or about 08/16/23. Ceiling Experts Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926 453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1667284, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/12/23, with respect to a workplace located at 650 James Street, Lakewood NJ.
