29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee is protected from falling through any hole (including skylights) that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level by one or more of the following methods listed in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i)(A)-(D): (a) at the Shop Area: On or about 08/10/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees installing 7 skylights of 5 feet by 3 feet at approximately 22 feet to the ground below.
