29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii) - Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: Location - MIG Welding Area, Fabrication Floor On or about 8/17/23, a set of access doors to the point of operation of a product finishing machine did not have a form of guarding installed, exposing employees to injury.
