29 CFR  1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:  Location : Facility - 3505 Bergen Turnpike, North Bergen, NJ 07047  a. Main Building: The employer did not ensure that circuit breakers were marked.  At panels throughout the building, located in all the main mechanical rooms for each floor, living areas, common areas, hallways, and/or stair case landings, where energized main electrical service, feeder, and branch panels ranging from 100amp 120v to 400amp 208v that had conditions of missing or mislabeling of main/branch circuits brakers that did not indicate purpose of each breaker.   Violation occurred on or about August 14, 2023  b. Individual Living Building: The employer did not ensure that circuit breakers were marked.  At panels throughout the building, located in all the main mechanical rooms for each floor, living areas, common areas, hallways, and/or stair case landings, where energized main electrical service, feeder, and branch panels ranging from 100amp 120v to 400amp 208v that had conditions of missing or mislabeling of main/branch circuits brakers that did not indicate purpose of each breaker. 29 CFR  1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments:   Location: Facility of 3505 Bergen Turnpike, North Bergen, NJ 07047  a.   The employer did not ensure that maintenance employees were trained in safety-related work practices for electrical work such as, but not limited to, changing electrical light fixtures, GFCI outlets, blower motor components, or changing electrical contactor components or provide training to their maintenance employees to identify, isolate, and prevent dangers associated with working on or near electrical hazards.  Violation occurred on or about August 14, 2023

The employer did not maintain written procedures for de-energizing 20amp 120 volts up to  30amp 220volts electrical  circuits for employees conducting electrical work such as, but not limited to, changing light fixtures, light ballast, GFCI Outlets, unit blower motors, and changing boiler circulating pump contactors.  Violation occurred on or about August 16, 2023
