29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying existing hazards. (a) 15579 E. Rice Pl, Aurora, CO 80015 on or about August 12, 2023 and at times prior, Bailey Roofing & Exteriors as a controlling employer, did not ensure that subcontractor employees conducting roofing operations were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated. Sub contractor employees were exposed to fall hazard by not being tied off while performing roofing operations.
