29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On or about August 16, 2023 and at times prior to, employees worked from a residential balcony without fall protection.  Employees were exposed to falls of greater than 6 feet to lower levels.

29 CFR  1926.416(e)(1):Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used.  On or about August 16, 2023 and at times prior to, employees were using a circular saw with a frayed cord. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
