OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards of moving waste collection truck while riding on the rear step while the waste collection vehicle was operating in reverse:  a) On or about the location of212 West Hinckley Avenue, Ridley Park, PA.: Employees were exposed to motor vehicle struck-by hazards while riding the side riding steps of a waste collection vehicle traveling in a reverse direction into a dead end street.   Violation occurred on or about August 15, 2023
