OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by or crushing hazard by trailers backing into bay area for loading and unloading:   a. 1100 -1139 S Edwards Road, Parsippany, NJ  Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by vehicles backing into the bay area for loading and unloading. The employer did not effectively develop and implement a traffic control procedure for the yard and did not ensure that a spotter guided trailers safely across the road into the tipping bays, resulting in an employee being struck by a backing vehicle.   Violation occurred on or about 11/13/2023
