29 CFR 1926.502(d)(18): body belts, harnesses and/or components of a personal fall arrest system were used for hoisting materials. Location: Worksite On or about August 18, 2023, and a times prior, employees were exposed to potentional fall hazards while working where a wire rope sling, that had been previously hoisted steel beams, was being used as an anchorage point for a personal fall arrested system.
