29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a)Third floor chemical storeroom - On or about August 18th, 2023, the work area was not maintained in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Accumulated deposits of Principal and Oxonia (corrosive chemicals) were observed on the floor, surfaces and sides of drums, and leaking pumps.
