The outer insulation jacket to the flexible cord was damaged with exposed internal wires, exposing employees to electrical hazards. b) Interior Walls - The employer did not ensure that the extension cord supplying power to the router power tool was visually inspected before use for external defects. The outer insulation jacket to the extension cord was damaged with exposed internal wires, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
