29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn, and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) Jobsite, 410 Spring Drive, Lebanon, PA - On or about August 16, 2023, employees worked inside an elevated JLG Articulating Boom Lift basket Model# 600SJ four (4) stories above the grade without fall protection. Corrected during the inspection, no abatement certification or documentation required.
