29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Establishment - On or about August 21, 2023, the exit discharge of the exit on the South side of the building was overgrown with brush and bushes. The exit route was not free and unobstructed. Service Tire Truck Centers was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1603316, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 28, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2255 Avenue A Bethlehem, PA 18017.
