On or about August 14, 2023, in the production room, employees were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to, Ethyl Cyanoacrylate while "splash loading" hazardous materials.  The employer failed to require the use of appropriate body protection when transferring hazardous materials including Ethyl Cyanoacrylate.  The H. B. Fuller Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.132(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1324171, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 17, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 9405 & 9411 Corsair Road, Frankfort, IL 60423.
