29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: Location: a) Worksite; front yard a) On or about 8/21/2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling by using a personal fall arrest system. An employee stood on a ladder jack scaffold, which was approximately 15 feet above the concrete front yard below, to perform masonry façade work without the use of a personal fall arrest system.
