Aisles and passageways were not kept clear with no obstructions across or in aisles creating a hazard.   A) 600 Ridge Rd Piscataway, NJ 08854 - The employer did not ensure the segregation of pedestrians from forklift traffic at aisle #28-29. This condition exposed employees to struck by and caught in between hazards.  Incident occurred on August 18, 2023.
