Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) 6765 Buckley Road, Syracuse, NY 13212: on or about 08/17/2023: Employer did not ensure employees engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides, with a fall distance of greater than 9 feet, were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems and/or and safety monitoring system.
