29 CFR 1904.41(a)(1): Annual electronic submission of part 1904 records by establishments with 250 or more employees. The employer did not submit the information once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form: a) Parker Hannifin Corporation located at 1290 Waterville Monclova Road in Waterville, Ohio: On or about March 2, 2023, the employer failed to electronically submit the company's OSHA Form 300A Summary of work related injuries and illnesses for 2022 calendar year to OSHA's Injury Tracking Application (ITA).
