29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i):"General." Adequate precautions shall be taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors. Sources of ignition include but are not limited to open flames; lightning; smoking; cutting and welding; hot surfaces; frictional heat; static, electrical, and mechanical sparks; spontaneous ignition, including heat-producing chemical reactions; and radiant heat. On or about August 18, 2023 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to the ignition of flammable vapors stored within a storage unit. There are no signs indicating the possiblity of ignition nor the safest distance for someone to stand.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, shall be guarded. The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. On or about August 18, and at times prior to, the employees of Lime Media Group were exposed to hand held machines without guards.
