29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): An employee was permitted to work in proximity to an electric power circuit that the employee could contact in the course of work and was not protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means: The employer did not protect employees from electrical hazards. This was most recently documented at a worksite, at or near 8770 Grain Bin Road on August 21, 2023. The employer did not ensure that the power circuit an employee was working in proximity to was deenergized.
