29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CR 1910.303(b)(1): On or about August 22 2023, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious harm to employees. There was a leak coming from a water pipe on the second floor causing water to run down the walls on the ground level onto electrical equipment and conduit located the manager's office where employees regularly are present.

29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1):The employer shall be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace: On or about August 22 2023, the employer did not ensure that all portable fire extinguishers were annually inspected or monthly inspected. There were 2 portable fire extinguishers on the second floor that had not been inspected yearly or monthly.
