The workers were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately 20 to 25 feet.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)  Location: 14 Sweetbriar Lane, Chester NH  On or about 8-22-2023 , employees working on the roof were not utilizing fall protection to prevent falls of greater than 6 feet from the roof to the ground while performing work on the dormer.
