29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) New residential construction located on Lot# 148 at Union Grove Subdivision Braselton, GA, 30517, Second floor: On or about 08/17/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 2-inches to the inside flooring area below, in that an adequate fall protection system was not provided or utilized while working on floor truss installation.
