On or about August 22, 2023, on the southwest side of the site, employees performing in the groceries area could not use the emergency exit due to materials blocking access to the exit.

Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. a) On or about August 22, 2023 near the warehouse, shopping cart and trash can were stacked within three feet of the emergency shut off panel for the stock warehouse, blocking its access.
