29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At a commercial worksite located at 3700 NE Barry Rd, KC MO -- employees working on the ground were not wearing head protection. This exposed employees to struck-by hazards from materials and debris falling on them. This was documented on or about 8/21/2023.

At a commercial worksite located at 3700 NE Barry Rd, KC MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties were not wearing eye protection. This exposed employees to getting debris in their eyes. This was documented on or about 8/21/2023.

This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 20 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 8/21/2023.
