29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: a) At 12915 Ibis Boulevard, Lot 417 Stonebridge, Spanish Fort, Alabama: On August 22, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards. The Efrain Pacheco dba Efrain Pacheco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628513, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 30756 Marcel Boulevard, Lot 26 Brentwood, Spanish Fort, Alabama.
