29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about July 17, 2022, employees who performed work were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to the employee using a damaged extension cord to power hand tools cord.
