29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1):Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: (a) On or before August 22, 2023, the hydraulic lines on the mast of the Nissan 50 Ser. D89631 forklift were heavily frayed and weathered. (b) On or before August 22, 2023, the hydraulic lines on the mast of the Toyota 42GFGU25 Ser. 60275, forklift were heavily frayed and weathered. (c) On or before August 22, 2023, the tires of the Hyster H60XT Ser. A380V14970V had virtually no tread and significant chunks of tire missing. (d) On or before August 22, 2023, the tires of the Hyster H60XT Ser. A380V12471V,had tires with virtually no tread, large cracks, and significant chunks of the tire missing. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
