The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided:   a) At 5817 NW 44TH Avenue, Ocala, Florida; On or about August 22, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the walking working surfaces were kept dry, in that, rinse water and dip tank liquid from the process spills onto the floor resulting in wet and slippery surfaces.

Employees involved in anodizing activities were provided and required to wear 3M -Half Face and Full-Face Respirator.
