29 CFR 1910.23(c)(4): Ladders are used only on stable and level surfaces unless they are secured or stabilized to prevent accidental displacement. Location: Saint Leo Church 24 Roxbury Road, Stamford CT 06902 On or about August 21, 2023, an employee using a tripod step ladder did not ensure that the ladder was secured or stabilized. The employee fell approximately 10 feet sustaining serious injuries.
